Discover the enchanting underwater world of Jordan’s red sea with SeaMonkey Expeditions marine exploration trip, catering to scuba divers, snorkelers, and boat riders alike. Departing from Ayla Marina, our journey promises an unforgettable experience. Dive deep into the crystal-clear waters to witness the vibrant corals combating climate change and becoming ever so important for coral’s survival around the globe, making Aqaba unique.
Encounter famous marine life, including sea turtles, moray eels, lionfish, stonefish, and graceful eagle rays. Though rare, whale sharks are sometimes spotted in the summer months. As we explore two captivating dive sites per day, divers and snorkelers can marvel at the beauty of natural reefs as well as artificial wrecks strategically placed to enhance coral reefs. Boat riders can also enjoy spectacular sightings, such as sea turtles ascending for a breath, colorful corals through the crystal clear waters, and if fortune favors us, playful dolphins might make an appearance at the surface, all while being able to tan, enjoy music and drinks.
Please do not make any travel arrangements until an 18 hour surface interval from the last dive to abide by PADI’s rules and regulations for your safety
ITINERARY
- 11:00 am Boat departs from Ayla Marina for the sea safari trip
- 12:00 pm Arrival at the first dive/snorkel site
- 12:15 pm – 1:00 pm Divers and snorkelers explore the vibrant underwater world
- 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm Surface interval, during which we head to the second dive/snorkel site
- 1:45 pm – 2:30 pm Continue exploring Jordan’s marine life
- 2:45 pm Complimentary lunch is served on the boat for all passengers
- 3:30 pm Start heading back to Ayla Marina
- 4:00 pm Arrival back at Ayla Marina
Please be on-board 30 minutes prior to departure time
Timings may vary depending on weather and sea conditions. However, the trip will always have a minimum of a 4 hour duration
